WE ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS
Costs:
1. All orders placed online will be charged at a flat rate of £4.99 for handling and postage.
2. All orders are sent by First Class Recorded Post or by Carrier - Fedex - on a 3 day delivery. All parcels delivered must be signed for.
3. Orders under £10.00 not including almonds or chocolates by post only N.B. If you wish to order on line for this amount you will be charged the flat rate of £4.99 postage.
4. Samples - Add the price of the samples + postage. We only send samples of ready made and make your Bomboniere. All accessories must be purchased in the stated quanties.
Please note that we cannot send out single nets, flowers or boxes
General:
1. Make your own orders and accessories we will try to send out within 10 days unless we are out of stock which we will notify you.(Usually sent out within 2 - 5 days.)
2. Ready made orders will be sent out about 4/5 weeks after your order date but please note during busy periods we will work to dates of weddings etc. so PLEASE give us as much time as possible when ordering as your order is made personally for you and is not sitting on a shelf ready to be sent next day! See point 3.
3. Late Orders on Ready Made. Orders placed 3 weeks before required date for ready made items will be charged an additional handling fee
4. All orders are sent 1st class recorded post or by Fedex three day delivery depending on size and weight of your parcel.
5. Next day by special delivery if required this can be arranged but there will be an additional charge. Please contact us first.
6. Fedex deliveries which covers any orders which are over 1kg are sent on a 3 day delivery, the delivery day and time is flexible. These are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm . Saturday deliveries are £40.00 - carrier costs not ours!!
7. Channel Isles, Isle of Man and parts of Scotland including the Highlands will be charged extra if over a 1kg in weight due to the fact that it will have to be sent by post not carrier. Please contact us if unsure
8. Overseas orders. Orders can be placed online but postage must be confirmed by us first. Please do not order until we have done this as we cannot send out kg weights of Chocolates and almonds for £4.99 for overseas.
Orders by Email:
1.Order by email with correct quanties, and codes with name and address for delivery
2. We will confirm the order is correct.
3.When confirmation is received please send us your card details
4. No work of any sort will be started on your order or posted until the full correct payment is received from you
Postage Costs:
We try our hardest to be fair with postage costs. The costs do not just cover the price of the stamp on your parcel!
1. Every card transaction costs us over a £1.00 or more depending on which card you use, regardless of how much you have spent.
2. Every parcel sent by carrier costs us more than £5.00
3. Though we try to recycle as much packaging we do have to pay for packing chips, bubble wrap, paddy envelopes, tape etc.
4. Someone has to be paid to do all this!!
5.The end of October until Christmas are our worst months for shows and we are often away at two or three show in the same week so please bear with us. We clear emails every day but not the answer machine in these periods so please use emails rather than the answer machine.
7. Surcharge on Ready Made orders:
Please add a surcharge of £15.00 to your order if placed within 15 working days(Monday to Friday) that your order is required.
Your order will not be processed without this.
